Job Description

Scope/role expectation:

  • Ownership & accountability of assigned projects to be completed timely and with high level of accuracy by programmer with KPI of “First Time Right” ratio of 95%
  • Close cooperation with CS
  • Effective project management
  • Validation of data output and reports
  • Data processing and validation
  • To provide technical support and assist the CS in designing and implementing surveying projects



  • Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule, quality and client expectations of the assigned project
  • Ensure assigned projects/tasks are completed timely and with high level of accuracy
  • Solves processing problems associated with questionnaires, software, and system components
  • Offer support and training to other programmers/data processing associates
  • Ability to consult internal clients on project obstacles, limitations and potential problems
  • Able to analysis the overall process and suggest improvements
  • Ensure each DP task (SUD) is executed in line with scheduled timelines furthermore efficiencies are implemented in order to deliver on productivity (savings) at every project
  • Be accountable for project quality delivery to Client Service.
  • Work closely with Local Ops teams to drive further efficiency in data delivery.
  • Monitor data output and online reports, data processing and validation tasks
  • Achieve delivery schedules within ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure data and systems back-up are created and maintained
  • Assist staff on technical problems regarding the area of operation

Perform other related functions/tasks that may be assigned by SUD Lead

Systems / Process Management

  • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are followed
  • Periodic review existing systems and procedures in light of the rapid change in business needs and recommend changes / introduce new methods as necessary, with the end goal of maximizing resources and manpower
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements within area of responsibility, ensure that all processes have 100% compliance


Organizational Management and Development

  • Ensure alignment of operating systems and processes that will enable the operations to achieve its overall business objectives and actively participate and support all the CI Ops initiatives that drive Operations Excellence
  • Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork


People Management

  • Contribute to driving world class employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee engagement
  • Ensures proper distribution of information and implementation of company rules, regulations, policies and procedures given the wide-spread of operation associates with demonstration of high integrity standards
